f you need to cancel your booking, deposits may be transferred to an alternative date within six months of the original booking, at the manager's discretion, provided at least 7 days' notice is given.

Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited and no refund or transfer will be available.
